The LEDES Oversight Committee is a voluntary, non-profit organization dedicated to setting the standards for the exchange of information between law departments and law firms. The LOC does not have a Help Desk, nor does it provide training services.
For questions on an e-billing implementation, contact the project manager at the client, the e-billing vendor project manager, or the e-billing vendor’s Help Desk.
For questions on how the system you use to create LEDES files works, contact the Help Desk at the vendor responsible for that system.
