LEDES XML E-Billing Version 2.1 Overview
The LEDES XML E-Billing Version 2.1 format was approved by the LOC membership in 2008 as an update to the LEDES XML Version 2.0 standard. The format includes a number of changes necessary to support global e-billing and tax requirements. This format represents the future of the LEDES e-billing standard.
